Maker spotlight

“I grew up watching my grandmother throw clay by the creek. Every piece I make still carries a bit of that water and that memory.”

— Elara Voss, 4th generation potter
Cumberland Plateau, TN
“The booklet that came with my box made me feel like I was inheriting a family treasure, not just buying objects.”
— Margaret T., Asheville, NC

COMMUNITY VOICES

What collectors are saying about this season’s boxes

Share your story →

“The Heritage Kitchen box arrived beautifully packaged with the most exquisite linen towel I’ve ever owned. The accompanying booklet about the weaver brought tears to my eyes. This is more than shopping — it’s stewardship.”

Sarah Ellison
Knoxville, Tennessee

“My son now asks for ‘story time’ every time we use the wooden spoons from the box. The lore that comes with each piece has become part of our family tradition. Cannot recommend enough.”

Thomas Whitaker
Charlotte, North Carolina

Questions & Answers

How often do new collections launch?

We release four seasonal collections per year, each available for a limited 30-day window. Early subscribers receive priority access and a small gift from the maker.

Can I customize my box?

Yes. During checkout you may choose between the full collection or a smaller “essentials” version. You can also add individual pieces from the current collection.

What if I don’t like an item?

We offer a full refund or exchange within 45 days. Many collectors choose to gift the pieces they don’t keep to friends or local schools.

Are the goods ethically made?

Every maker is visited in person. We verify fair wages, safe workshops, and sustainable sourcing before any partnership begins.
