How quickly will I hear back?

Most messages receive a personal reply within 24–48 hours during the business week. Custom order inquiries may take slightly longer as we consult with the appropriate artisan.
Can I schedule a studio visit?

Yes. We love welcoming guests but ask that you reach out ahead of time so we can prepare a personal experience and ensure an artisan is available to meet you.
Do you accept custom commissions?

Absolutely. Many of our collections begin with a single client request. Tell us your vision and we will connect you directly with one of our Tennessee makers.
Are you able to ship internationally?

Yes. We happily ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties that may apply in their country.
