These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LocalLore Goods (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Tennessee-based company located at 719 Thompson Ln, Suite 180, Nashville, TN 37204. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.

LocalLore Goods curates and sells handcrafted goods from independent artisans across the United States with a focus on quality, heritage, and storytelling. Our platform connects conscious consumers with makers whose work reflects the spirit and history of their communities.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

The Site and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by LocalLore Goods, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site except as expressly permitted.

All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability. Prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made through our approved third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

LocalLore Goods is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank, credit card issuer, or customs authorities for international orders. Title to products passes to you upon shipment from our fulfillment center.

Subscription Services

When you purchase a subscription box, you agree to recurring charges at the rate and frequency stated at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

We partner with reputable carriers to deliver your orders. While we strive to meet advertised delivery windows, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.

Our Return Policy allows returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, and final-sale items are not eligible for return. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and be in resaleable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@locallooregoods.com. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

The “LocalLore Goods” name, logo, product photography, artisan stories, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of LocalLore Goods. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Artisan partners retain ownership of their original designs and craftsmanship. By featuring their work on our platform, we are granted a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote their products. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on artisan products without their explicit permission.

Any user-generated content submitted to us (reviews, comments, photos) grants us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content across our marketing channels.

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalLore Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.

We make no representations regarding the accuracy of artisan stories, material descriptions, or origin claims. While we vet our partners, ultimate responsibility for authenticity rests with the individual makers.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
